Quality & compliance

Confidence comes from a repeatable process.

Every model and order has different requirements. We communicate the relevant inspection steps, documentation and fulfilment conditions against the actual project rather than relying on generic claims.

  • Pre-production specification confirmation
  • Model-specific quality and compliance communication
  • Packaging and shipment checks
  • Warranty, spare-parts and technical follow-up

  • Repeat-order configuration review

Repeat orders are reviewed against component availability. Any proposed change to the motherboard, appearance, BIOS or configuration is confirmed before supply.

  • Model-specific compliance documents

Available documentation depends on the exact platform and destination. It may include CE, RED, FCC, DoC, EAA, RoHS, UN38.3 and MSDS. We confirm the applicable documents for your configuration and target market before order confirmation.

  • Eleven production stages

From R&D and materials through incoming inspection, assembly, line quality control, the burn-in rack, final and outgoing quality control, software writing and packaging to shipment.

Markets & fulfilment

Can we deliver to your market?

Three of the four answers below are the ones buyers usually have to chase. They are on this page instead.

  • Where the stock sits

Warehouses in the United States and Europe hold finished goods closer to your market, so a repeat order does not have to cross the Pacific twice.

  • Getting it there

Shipments move on air express or air freight through our own logistics partners, chosen against your deadline rather than a single fixed service. Tell us the delivery date and we will tell you which route makes it.

  • Lithium batteries, handled

For laptops with lithium batteries, we confirm the available UN38.3 and MSDS documentation against the battery pack, shipping route and destination before shipment.

  • When it ships

Standard in-stock configurations are typically dispatched in 2-3 business days after availability is confirmed. Transit time depends on the shipping origin, destination and service. For customised samples and production orders, we confirm the schedule after reviewing the scope.

Questions

The six questions that start most conversations.

Confirm the model-specific conditions before choosing your purchasing route.

What is your minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on the model, confirmed availability and branding scope. Selected available configurations may be quoted from one unit for evaluation; customised orders have their own MOQ. S18D is currently bulk-only. Send the model, quantity and branding requirements for confirmation.

Can I get a sample before committing to an order?

Selected available configurations may be supplied for evaluation, with feasibility, price and preparation time confirmed for the project. S18D is currently bulk-only and has no evaluation samples; ask about an alternative model if a sample is essential. Any sample credit toward production is stated in the quotation.

How fast can you ship?

Standard in-stock configurations are typically dispatched in 2-3 business days, from one unit, subject to confirmed availability. Customised samples and production orders follow the schedule agreed for the selected platform and scope.

What compliance documentation is available?

Available documentation depends on the exact platform and destination. It may include CE, RED, FCC, DoC, EAA, RoHS, UN38.3 and MSDS. We confirm the applicable documents for your configuration and target market before order confirmation.

Do you handle OEM and ODM?

Yes. We build branded laptop programmes around existing platforms, with options for configuration, logo, packaging, keyboard language and boot presentation. Available changes and minimum quantities depend on the platform. We do not offer custom enclosure tooling. Share your requirements so we can confirm a suitable route.

What warranty do you offer?

Standard ODM/OEM laptop warranty: 12 months from shipment for confirmed manufacturing defects. Remote diagnosis comes first; obtain RMA authorization before return. Freight responsibilities and any chargeable repair are confirmed before dispatch or work.
