J1 combines a 16-inch 1920 × 1200 touch workspace with four hinge positions. Procurement should cover the software interaction, desk setup and exact motherboard version.
Training and demonstrations

Touch-led workflows
Test the required application in tablet mode, including screen rotation and keyboard behaviour. Confirm any active-pen protocol and compatible accessory separately.

Does J1 always come with the same CPU and memory?
No. J1 identifies a chassis and product platform. The configurations shown are reference examples. Alternative processors, memory and storage can be evaluated against platform compatibility, component availability and your project requirements.
Can customers change the CPU themselves?
The configuration options refer to factory-supplied builds. A different CPU may require a different motherboard, cooling or power design; they do not imply a user-replaceable processor. Memory and storage upgradeability must also be checked for the actual version.
What display and hinge does this page describe?
This page describes the 16-inch J1 touch platform with a 1920 × 1200 IPS display, 16:10 aspect ratio, 10-point capacitive touch and a 360° hinge supporting laptop, stand, tent and tablet positions.
Can you supply our branding and keyboard language?

How do we choose between J1 and R2?
Start with the display and working environment: J1 has a 16-inch 1920 × 1200 touch reference, while R2 has a 15.6-inch 1920 × 1080 convertible reference. Compare the exact CPU, ports, charging, weight and application behaviour for the proposed versions before approval.
Does 10-point touch guarantee active-pen support?
No. Multi-touch does not establish an active-pen protocol, pressure sensitivity or pen inclusion. Specify the intended handwriting or drawing application and required pen features so compatibility and the supplied accessories can be confirmed for the selected build.
