Laptop logo and brand customization

Custom logo laptops for your brand.

Put your identity on an existing laptop platform. Confirm the lid artwork, device labels and start-up branding as one clear production brief.

BRAND PLACEMENT STUDYYOUR BRANDDEVICE LABELLid artwork and labels are confirmed separately.

Your approval brief

Define the logo result before approving the artwork.

Use one brief for the chosen laptop version and every branding surface. The approved position, process and artwork revision form the production reference.

Define the scope

Where should your brand appear?

01

Lid logo

The outer cover is the main product branding surface. Send your logo, preferred position and approximate dimensions. The available marking method depends on the lid material, finish and order quantity, so the artwork proof is prepared against the exact model.

02

Device labels and model identity

Bottom labels, model references and serial-number presentation can form part of the project. Agree the wording and format before artwork approval. Product identification, required marks and brand graphics must fit together on the available surface.

03

Start-up presentation

A boot logo appears at a different stage from an operating-system wallpaper. Its availability is checked against the platform and firmware. It is a separate approval item, even when the same logo file is used for both the cover and the start-up screen.

Artwork brief

Send a usable logo, then approve its placement.

A logo file alone does not define the finished result. A small placement change, a different cover colour or a revised model can change how the artwork should be prepared.

Artwork file

A vector artwork file is preferred where available. Include any brand guidelines and the intended colour references. If you have only a raster image, send the original at its best available resolution so we can assess it before promising an output.

Position and size

Specify a centred or offset placement, approximate width and orientation when the lid is open. Share a reference image if that is easier. We confirm the usable area and any model-specific restrictions in the artwork proof.

Visible finish

Tell us whether the design depends on a particular colour, contrast or appearance. A digital proof confirms the layout; a physical sample, where agreed, is used to evaluate the actual finish. Any acceptable variation belongs in the approval record.

Platform and quantity

Branding starts with the right laptop.

Choose the screen format, performance level and target market before finalising the artwork. Cover geometry and supported firmware options vary across platforms. See our laptop platforms for starting points.

The applicable minimum depends on the platform, marking method, materials and quantity. Device branding, labels, packaging and boot artwork can have different setup costs and minimums. We confirm the scope, charges and schedule in the quotation.

Selected available standard configurations may be quoted from one unit for evaluation. Custom branding is a separate scope and sample review. S18D is currently bulk-only, with no evaluation samples; ask about an alternative model if evaluation is essential.

We build these programmes on existing platforms. Custom enclosure tooling is outside this service. For the wider commercial route, see our private label laptop programme.

Approval sequence

Four decisions before branding goes into production.

01 / BRIEF

Model and artwork

Send the laptop reference, market, quantity, logo and required branding surfaces.

02 / REVIEW

Method and quotation

We confirm supported changes, the branding method, minimums, setup costs and timing.

03 / APPROVAL

Proof or sample

Confirm position, scale, colour references and a physical sample where the project calls for one.

04 / RELEASE

Written production reference

The approved artwork revision and specification are the reference for production and inspection.

Complete the identity

Carry the same brand into the box.

A lid logo, carton, manual and warranty card should use the same approved brand spelling and product reference. Decide which elements are needed for your sales channel, then confirm their separate artwork and quantity conditions.

Continue with packaging and printed materials or review boot logo and system setup. Each has its own approval checks.

Buyer questions

Logo customization: eight approval questions.

Can you put our logo on a laptop?

Yes. We review lid branding and other approved brand elements on an existing laptop platform. The marking method, usable area, quantity and sample route are confirmed for the exact model.

Can I order one laptop with a custom logo?

Selected available standard units may be quoted for evaluation, but a custom-logo sample requires its own feasibility, price and preparation review. It is not automatically included with a stock unit. S18D is currently bulk-only and has no evaluation samples.

What logo file should I send?

Send vector artwork where available, along with colour references, brand guidelines and the desired position and size. If you have only a raster image, send the original file so we can assess whether it is suitable.

Do lid branding and boot branding use the same approval?

They are separate approval items. Lid branding depends on the physical surface and marking method; boot branding depends on the supported firmware and display presentation for the chosen platform.

What is the minimum order for custom logo laptops?

MOQ is confirmed for the exact model, marking process, materials and branding scope. Lid branding, labels, printed packaging and firmware artwork may have different minimums and setup charges. Send the intended quantity and required surfaces for a project quotation.

Can the packaging and documents carry our brand too?

Yes. Packaging artwork, manuals, warranty cards and other agreed printed materials can be reviewed alongside device branding. Their layout, language, costs and minimum quantities are confirmed separately.

Does a digital proof confirm the actual colour and finish?

A digital proof confirms the approved artwork, dimensions, orientation and placement. It does not by itself establish the physical colour, texture or contrast on the cover. Agree how the finish will be evaluated, including a physical sample where available and any acceptable variation.

What happens if we change the model or logo after approval?

A change to the model, cover material, artwork, size or placement needs a new review before production release. Keep the approved file revision and specification together. Additional setup, material cost or timing changes are confirmed before proceeding.
