Commercial terms
How an order actually runs.
The five numbers buyers ask for first, stated plainly rather than left to the quotation. Where a figure depends on the platform or the product, the page says so instead of quoting a range that will not survive contact with your brief.
Minimum order quantity
MOQ is quoted for the selected platform, materials and branding scope. Selected available standard units may be evaluated individually; customised orders and stocking batches have separate quantity requirements. S18D is bulk-only.
Sampling
Sample configuration, price and preparation time are confirmed against your requirements. Any sample credit toward a production order is stated in the quotation.
Production
Production timing is confirmed after the platform, specification, branding and material availability are agreed. We do not offer custom enclosure tooling. Your quotation sets out the production schedule and any setup costs.
Payment
A deposit of 30% to 50% on order confirmation, with the balance before shipment. Terms vary with the product, and we do not currently work on credit terms or open account.
Warranty
The standard ODM/OEM laptop policy provides a 12-month limited warranty from shipment for confirmed manufacturing defects. RMA authorization and return freight responsibilities are agreed before dispatch; chargeable repairs require quotation approval. See the Warranty & RMA page for coverage and service targets.

What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the selected model, availability, materials and branding process. Selected standard configurations may be quoted from one unit for evaluation, while stocking batches and custom programmes have their own minimums. S18D is currently bulk-only and has no evaluation samples.
How long does sampling take?
Timing depends on the model, available configuration and requested changes. Selected China-stock configurations typically dispatch in 2-3 business days after stock, payment and order details are confirmed. Custom sample preparation is quoted separately; transit and clearance are additional. S18D has no evaluation samples.
Do you charge for samples?
Yes. Sample pricing depends on the selected configuration and requested changes. We confirm the sample price before payment. Any credit toward a later production order is stated in the quotation.
What are your payment terms?

Our programmes use existing laptop platforms, with configuration, logo, packaging, keyboard language and boot presentation options confirmed per project. We do not offer custom enclosure tooling.
Can I order a single unit to evaluate?
Ask which exact model and configuration is available for evaluation. Custom logo, keyboard, packaging or system changes require a separate feasibility, price and preparation review. S18D is currently bulk-only with no evaluation samples; ask about an alternative model if evaluation is essential.
